Jupiter, Florida Restaurants Serve the Best Fish Dishes

If you’re anything like me, sometimes you just need to treat yourself to an unforgettable meal. Living in Jupiter, Florida, has its perks—gorgeous beaches, sunny days, and a culinary scene that’s bursting with flavor. I decided to embark on a gastronomic journey to explore some splurge-worthy restaurants in my laid back, beach town. For a town that only covers covers 21 square miles, Jupiter has a lot of deliciousness! There are dozens of outstanding, splurge worthy restaurants in Palm Beach County, these temples of culinary delight are in Jupiter and Tequesta, Florida.

Evo Italian

My tastebud adventure began at Evo Italian, a gem known for its innovative interpretation of classic Italian dishes and inviting atmosphere. I have been enjoying the offerings from their kitchen for 16 years. As soon as I walk in, the contemporary decor and vibrant atmosphere set the mood.

I frequently order their fresh catch of the day, it is always outstanding. I love Rigatoni Bolognese and their Sunday Gravy as well. The flavors remind me of my Italian Grandmother's cooking. Each bite has the perfect blend of savory with a touch of sweetness in the tomato sauce. Paired that with a glass of Nebbiolo from Langhe, and I am in Italian foodie heaven.

Ara

Next on my list was Ara. They offer a globally inspired menu with Mediterranean roots. The moment I stepped inside, I couldn’t help but admire the chic decor and lively ambiance at the bar. We went for Happy Hour giving us an opportunity to taste their small plate offerings.

The highlight for me was the Turkish Dumplings pictured above. CaptK enjoyed the Ara Burger. We agreed to return and try their Grilled Lamb Chops, Spicy Rigatoni and their Braised Short Rib Gnocchi. Don’t forget to try their signature cocktails; they put a creative twist on classics that you won’t want to miss! I had a Scarlet Slipper, a unique cranberry, bourbon combination and CaptK had an Old Fashioned.

 LĪLA Coastal Mediterranean

Just when I thought my palate couldn’t be more spoiled, CaptK and I visited LĪLA Coastal Mediterranean. We were pleasantly surprised. This restaurant draws its inspiration from beach clubs of St. Tropez, St. Barths, and Ibiza. The intimate dining area is defined by elegance and charm. It has a unique atmosphere that makes you feel right at home.

We have visited multiple times and love their Faro Island Salmon, Lamb Chops and Branzino. We have never had a bad bite at LĪLA. We always leave feeling like we have had a mini European Vacation. The service was always been friendly and attentive. The staff really made you feel special, adding to the overall experience!

Tavolena

Italian food, anyone? Next up was Tavolena Restaurante, which instantly gave me major “dining out in Italy” vibes. It is a small restaurant, reservations are a must. It gets very busy in the winter months so plan ahead for this dining experience.

I have treated myself to multiple things on their menu. Their classic Sunday Italian feast tastes just like my Grandmother made it! Oh my goodness, it was heavenly! The Cavatelli Bolognese and Chicken Riggies (an Ithica, NY speciality) are also outstanding. Not to be missed is the Unholy Cannoli. They stuff each one as it is ordered, making the shell deliciously crunchy!

FYI, they have a bakery and sandwich shop next door. They serve breakfast, lunch and bakery items to dine in or to go, including the Unholy Cannoli. Their Meatball Sub is a standout of their lunch menu.

Beacon

As I stepped into Beacon Restaurant in Jupiter, Florida, the vibrant energy of the place completely enveloped me. The spectacular view of the Jupiter Lighthouse in combination with the aroma of fresh seafood mingled with the tangy scent of citrus, instantly made my mouth water. The bright, airy decor, adorned with nautical touches, set a cheerful tone that matched the sunny weather outside.

I settled into a cozy corner with a view of the water, eager to dive into their creative cocktails. The staff greeted us with warm smiles, making us feel right at home. I could make a meal on their small plates including Grilled Octopus, Duck Tostadas, and Roasted Oysters. CaptK loves their Spicy Lobster Rigatoni. Their menu changes seasonally, so some of these entrees may not be available when you visit. Whatever is on the menu, do not skip dessert. They are truly works of art!

If you are looking for fine dining food with in a more causal environment, head upstairs to TopSide. This open air rooftop bar serves the smaller version of the menu at Beacon, in a relaxed environment with beautiful views. Every moment at Beacon was a joyful celebration of flavors and friendly vibes, encapsulating the essence of coastal dining at its finest!

Lewis' Steakhouse

For a classic American steakhouse experience, Lewis' Steakhouse was next on my splurge list. The ambiance has upscale broody vibe, reminiscent of classic New York steakhouses. A perfect place to unwind. We went for Happy Hour which is daily from 4pm-6pm. I opted for a dirty martin, $10 during Happy Hour. CaptK and I shared a Bar Burger and Prime Steak Slider with Gorgonzola Mayo. The Steak Slider was hands down one of the best steak sandwiches I’ve ever tasted—so juicy and full of flavor! The full diner menu includes sushi, fish dishes and an impressive array of steaks. As I savored every bite, I realized that this restaurant is a must-visit for any steak lover!

Ruth's Chris Steakhouse

As a long time resident of New Orleans, I have been a huge fan of Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse, since before they expanded worldwide. I could live on their Osso Buco Ravioli, Creamed Spinach and Stuffed Mushrooms! Known for its sizzling steaks, CaptK and I had a Steak Sandwich and Ruth's Cheeseburger off their happy hour menu on our most recent visit. Both came with a side of fries. I sipped on a Dirty Goose Martini while enjoying their carnivore's delight. My standard dinner order is a Petite Fillet. The rich, buttery flavor always leaves me in awe and the sides—oh, the sides! Creamed spinach and crispy Brussels sprouts? Yes, please! Dining here is not just a meal; it’s an experience.

Jupiter Grill

Rounding out my culinary adventure was Jupiter Grill, a local favorite that exudes warmth and community. The atmosphere is laid-back with intracoastal view, and the staff feels like family! We have been for dinner, where the menu includes a wide range of steaks and seafood. My favorite is their happy hour menu where you can feast in Wagyu Beef Empanadas, Mini Lobster Rolls and Raw Oysters, all half price. I also love Sinatra Sundays, where you can sip on martinis and listen to live renditions of Frank Sinatra Hits. Eating here felt like a big hug from Jupiter itself—comforting and oh-so-satisfying!

What an incredible experience living in this upscale beach town and exploring these amazing restaurants! Each dish had its own unique charm, and the memories I created will stick with me long after the last bite. Whether you're a local or just visiting, I highly recommend treating yourself to these culinary delights.
